Dollar General is recalling three lots of its 8-ounce Clover Valley Instant Coffee because the coffee may contain small pieces of glass, which could cause injuries such as cuts in the mouth or throat, damaged teeth and even intestinal injury if swallowed. No injuries have been reported so far.
The recall was initiated after a customer notified Dollar General employees about the potential problem.
