Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats

Instructions
- Place 1/2 cup oats, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, dash of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of yogurt and 1/2 cup of oat milk into each mason jar. Stir well with a butter knife to combine.
- Place in fridge overnight, or for at least 3 hours.

Tips
- For thicker, creamier oats, use 1/4 cup of yogurt per jar.
- For thinner oats:
- Add an extra 1-3 tablespoons of milk in the morning
- Omit the chia seeds
- Omit the Greek yogurt (protein content will go down)
